Four Lee’s Summit High School alumni were inducted to the LSHS Hall of Fame April 8 at Lee’s Summit High School. They included Nelson “Nikk” Thompson (deceased), Class of 1969, represented by his wife, Cher (far left); Lois Rygaard Brayfield, Class of 1978; Bob Hartnett, Class of 1974; and Laurence Pressly (far right), Class of 1949. Each new member received a Hall of Fame medallion and an engraved pewter platter. Their accomplishments will be placed on a bronze plaque placed on the “Wall of Fame” at LSHS.
