Elementary Summer School

Elementary summer school will continue to be offered for eligible students. Please call the building your student attends for specific information. Elementary school lunches will be offered on elementary summer school days.

The R-7 Secondary Summer School Program is a program for middle school  and high school students.

Summit Music Camps

The Summit Music Camps are one-week sessions of music instruction during the summer for elementary band and string students.
Summit Strings Camp

Driver’s Education

The Lee’s Summit R-7 School District offers driver’s education during the summer. The course includes classroom lessons as well as hands-on driving with a qualified instructor. Students must pay a course fee for this summer class.

Sports Camps

Information on summer sports camps can be found on the high schools’ websites or by calling the high schools. Camp information is sometimes posted on the district website. This can be found under ‘Parents’ drop-down menu, then view ‘Flyers.’
