Lee's Summit School District appoints new administrators

 

During the June 20, 2024 board meeting, the Lee’s Summit R-7 Board of Education approved the employment of a new Director of Transportation.

Tony Bragulla will begin his duties as director starting on July 1, 2024, he’s served as Assistant Director since 2021.

Prior to his time in LSR7, Bragulla worked in the Olathe School District where he served as the Assistant Director of Transportation. He’s held previous leadership roles at Jefferson Bus Lines where he was the Regional Director of Transportation, Tallgrass Creek as Senior Manager of Operations and Kansas City Area Transportation Authority where he was Senior Manager of Infrastructure - Transportation.

Bragulla earned his Construction Trades Certification from the Herndon Technical School and studied Business Management at Metropolitan Community College and University of Missouri - Kansas City.

 

During the May 16, 2024 board meeting, the Lee’s Summit R-7 Board of Education approved the employment of a new Director of Data Systems.

Kimberlee Leech will begin her duties as director starting on July 1, 2024. She comes to LSR7 from the Raytown School District where she spent the last 18 years as a data systems administrator.

Prior to her time working in school district’s, she served as systems administrator for MPP Group of Companies.

Leech earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from William Woods University.
