Our competitive salary schedules and excellent benefits & leave packages reflect our commitment to supporting our team. This year, LSR7 has:

  • Increased pay for all employees starting in the 2023-24 school year
  • Added an additional PDO day for all contract and compensation summary employees
  • Approved a teacher salary schedule that compensates educators based on all years of teaching experience.
