STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE

This is an introductory level course structured to emphasize proper technique for all lifts and exercises, including safety. Students
are provided principles and practice techniques for a beginning strength program. Progression concepts are taught and
practiced as students use personal goals to develop and work at their individual performance levels. Students will be expected to work in a cooperative environment and model respect for self and others. Class can be repeated and taken both semesters if desired.
