The LSR7 School District Transportation Department is a district-owned fleet of 175 school buses transporting approximately 12,800 students daily.
LSR7 buses travel approximately 2,000,000 miles annually covering approximately 117 square miles. Our team has received the “Exemplary School Bus Maintenance Award” from the Missouri Highway Patrol for more than 30 years and is recognized by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education each school year for this accomplishment.
Transportation services are provided for all eligible students living more than one-half mile from their assigned school.

Stopfinder App FAQ
The Board of Education in accordance with state regulations requires all employees driving school buses to be trained by certified personnel, be properly licensed, subject to extensive background screening, random drug and alcohol screening, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations mandated for school bus drivers. Seven full-time mechanics and two mechanic helpers provide maintenance to all district owned vehicles, buses and maintenance trucks.
