Strategic Planning
Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP)
The Lee's Summit School District's three-year strategic plan guides our district mission — preparing each of our students for success in life.
LSR7’s current Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) was approved by the Board of Education in June 2021 and implemented starting in July 2021. The plan was developed by a collaborative group of teachers, students, parents, and community members over the course of six months. The team studied district data and demographics, surveyed the community and evaluated district needs in order to develop LSR7's goals and priorities.

Equity Plan
In order to best fulfill the district mission, LSR7 has prioritized leading, teaching and learning through an equity lens.
The LSR7 Equity Plan was approved by the Board of Education in February 2019. Equity in LSR7 is foundationally grounded in the belief in dignity and belonging for each young person and adult in our school community. The equity lens allows for each stakeholder in LSR7 to have high levels of access to success paired with a deep and meaningful sense of belonging in LSR7.
