This course also includes a year-long, collaborative project centered around identifying a problem and creating a solution currently present in the healthcare field. In addition, students gain industry credentials such as Basic Life Saver CPR training, OSHA 10 Healthcare, and HIPAA training.

Students must provide their own transportation for off-campus lab/shadowing experiences. Clinical/shadowing experiences are dependent on the guidelines at partner locations.
