This class requires students to read extensively and to write a number of long-term projects including personal and critical essays
as well as a research paper. During the first semester students complete English 101, a writing intensive college credit course in
which students move from reflective comparison to critical analysis through writing. In the second semester students complete
English 102, a college credit course which develops research skills and requires students to create multiple documented
essays/research products that reflect critical thinking and logical argument. A tuition fee is required for each semester of this
course. Students must enroll for the full year. Course will be open only to students seeking dual credit. Dual credit
