WOODWORKING TECHNOLOGY

Grades: 10-12

Credit: 1 unit
PREREQUISITE:
Recommended C or above in Material and Processing Technology and/or teacher approval

Students will be introduced to the basic designs and processes used in woodworking. Planning, constructing and machine
safety will be emphasized throughout the year. Each student will have required projects to complete in the first semester and an
individually designed and constructed project in the second semester. This class does have a class fee for take home projects.
