Dignity, Inclusion and Belonging Teams form in LSR7

Staff, parents and students have formed Dignity, Inclusion and Belonging teams in Lee's Summit R-7 Schools.
The teams will meet three times during the 2021-22 school year to provide input on R-7 efforts to promote inclusion and belonging throughout our district.
They'll focus on school specific action plans to build belonging and a culture of dignity in our district and examine Board Policy ACIB and its impacts.
Board Policy ACIB is the district Equity Policy approved in December 2021.
