Travel around the world and the regional areas of the United States learning about world-wide cuisine and culture. Areas explored
include: Latin America and the Caribbean, United Kingdom and Ireland, Germany, France, Southern Europe, Asia and Africa.
Major religions of the world are also discussed. Experience food preparation, techniques, serving and eating styles of the various
peoples of the world.
