Foundations of Fitness

Trends in Physical Fitness is a course for students that would prefer a higher level of physical fitness without game play. It will
emphasize a variety of fitness activities such as yoga, body weight exercises, kickboxing, Pilates, Tabata, HITT, and Bootcamp
type workouts. It is different and separate from our already existing strength and performance class. The proper balance of nutrition
and exercise concepts will be incorporated into this class.
